Angela and Jeffrey Hayes, a dynamic husband-and-wife duo, co-founded Senta LLC, merging their diverse talents to make a positive impact on companies and their employees.
Angela Hayes
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, HR Leader
Angela Hayes is a turnaround HR leader brought in when teams, functions, or sites are no longer working as intended and organizations are ready to address material risk to their people and performance. With more than twenty years of experience as a global, in-house HR leader, including serving as Chief People Officer, she has operated across boutique service organizations, a Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company, and a high-growth technology startup.
Known for composure under pressure and sound judgment in complex environments, Angela partners closely with executives, HR teams, and employees at all levels when decisions carry real consequences. Her work is grounded in the ethos “humans first, resources second.”
She holds an SPHR certification from HRCI, a master’s degree in Leadership Development from Northeastern University, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Jeffrey Hayes
Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Business Operations Leader
Jeffrey began his professional life as a self-employed entrepreneur, owning and operating a construction company for more than a decade. Over the years, his work evolved toward managing personal investment portfolios and developing a broad, practical skill set across finance, technology, and business operations.
With experience ranging from computer building and website design to systems thinking and operational problem-solving, Jeffrey brings a steady, behind-the-scenes presence that supports the foundation of Senta LLC.
He studied Economics at the University of Rochester.
