Project-Based HR Initiatives

Senta LLC’s Project-Based HR Initiatives are designed for organizations that need focused, outcome-driven HR work delivered within a defined scope and time frame. These initiatives address specific people, compliance, or organizational priorities that require concentrated attention, and do not require an ongoing advisement or long-term execution support.
Project-based engagements provide clarity and momentum around a defined HR priority. Each initiative is scoped in advance with clear objectives, deliverables, and milestones, allowing organizations to make progress efficiently without committing to an ongoing advisory or retained support model.
Project Areas Include
Senta supports a range of focused HR initiatives, including but not limited to:

How the Model Works
Project-Based HR Initiatives are scoped engagements focused on a specific HR objective or set of related outcomes. Each engagement begins with a clear definition of scope, timeline, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Senta partners closely with leadership and internal stakeholders throughout the project, providing hands-on support appropriate to the initiative. Project work may include assessment, design, documentation, implementation support, and transition planning, depending on the nature of the engagement.
Once the defined scope is complete, the engagement concludes unless additional project work or ongoing support is separately agreed.
Access and Communication
Project-based work is delivered through planned collaboration, scheduled meetings, and defined project touch points. Communication cadence and access are established at the outset of each engagement based on project needs.
In-person support is available at no additional cost for clients located in Contra Costa County, California. In-person support outside of Contra Costa County may be available by request and may include additional travel fees. Virtual advisory support is available for all clients.
